Jaxon Corn Meal Mush is a favorite Midwestern breakfast food. It is typically sliced, fried, and served with syrup or honey. In other countries mush is served in different ways and has different names. We have used mush as a polenta main dish and a side dish.
In all of the polenta recipes, we substitute Jaxon Corn Meal Mush for the polenta.
